Since online classes are not a physical product, refunds are not generally applicable. However below are two exceptions:

Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled by us, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the class, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items

Digital Products: Any digital products or downloadable materials are non-refundable.
